Location, walk out the door onto the pedestrian-only Florida Street. Taxis and transfer vans stop at end of street but its a very short walk to hotel door. Hotel doormen super helpful. Younger front desk staff seemed more friendly and helpful than the older ones, not sure why, perhaps a racist thing, they may have thought we were English.

We really liked the location. Although you had to walk from the street, the atmosphere is very nice. Plus, if you need to get a taxi to the airport, a staff member will assist you to the street to meet your taxi. The breakfast was really good! The bst part is the size of the room...it is perfect! Plus, we accidentally left a few items in the room when we checked out and they immediately brought it to our attention. Our bags were stuffed, so we opted to donate the clothing items we had to leave behind and we appreciated that too.

Front desk personnel are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent location: 1 block from Red (not yellow) Hop on Hop off Stop # 10 for Plaza San Martin. Hotel conveniently located on pedestrian street so zero traffic noise or city sounds. Pedestrian street offers shopping & food. Good breakfast. We had large, comfortable room with 2 full/queen beds plus one single bed (not cot). We liked it so much that we returned to this same hotel after visiting Mendoza.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful - front desk able to help with all of my queries (booking taxis, changing money, helping me with my plans etc) and made the stay very smooth and pleasant. Nice location for a first-time tourist visitor and standard of room and facilities all very comfortable.

Great breakfast. Very attentive staff. Great location for access to the subway and the port in addition to strolling the downtown (not so nice during nighttime)

Nice, comfortable and quiet room, wide and well equipped. Breakfast is ok but there is no hot plates like eggs and bacon. I stars there 7 nights. Rather clean.
